1. Introduction
Stablique SAS ("Stablique", "we", "us") operates the settlement infrastructure platform at stablique.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our services, including the Stablique Console, Switch, and the Stablique API.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you register for an account we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and role. For merchant accounts subject to KYB (Know Your Business), we also collect business registration documents, beneficial ownership information, and government-issued identification of authorised representatives.
Transaction data
We record settlement instructions, payment requests, wallet addresses, amounts, currencies, timestamps, and status updates necessary to operate the settlement network.
Technical data
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and access logs when you interact with our services.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our settlement and payments services
- Process settlement instructions and payment transactions
- Verify your identity and comply with KYC/KYB and anti-money laundering regulations
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service updates
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or unauthorised access
- Generate anonymised, aggregated analytics to improve our platform
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Participant institutions – counterparty details necessary to execute settlement instructions
- Infrastructure providers – cloud hosting (Google Cloud), authentication (Supabase), and email (Resend), under strict data-processing agreements
- Regulators and law enforcement – when required by applicable law or regulation
5. Data Security
We protect data with TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and an immutable on-chain audit trail. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and requires multi-factor authentication.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of five years thereafter to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are retained for 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@stablique.xyz.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and locale preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
